American Dream Cocktail

Drink Ingredients:
1 ounce PAMA pomegranate liqueur
1 ounce black cherry rum
1 ½ ounces POM Wonderful pomegranate cherry juice
½ ounce fresh sour mix

Garnish:
White fondant
Blueberries

Preparing the Drink:
Cut mini stars out of white fondant. Using water, gently wet the back of each star and press into the inside of the cocktail glass. Let sit for 5 minutes.

In a Boston shaker, fill mixing glass with all ingredients and add ice to tin. Shake well and strain into star-studded cocktail glass. Garnish with blueberries on a pick.


Pumpkin Cocktail


Drink Ingredients:

1 ½ ounce Pumpkin Liqueur
1 ounce Orange Vodka
½ ounce Half & Half
Splash of Vanilla Syrup
Gooseberry for garnish

Rim Ingredients:

4 Bar Spoons of Super Fine Sugar
¼ Bar Spoon of Ground Cinnamon
Lime Wedge 


Raspberry French 75

Drink Ingredients:

4 Sage Leaves
5 Fresh Raspberries
1½ ounce Fresh Sour
1½ ounce Gin
Splash of Champagne or Sparkling Wine
1 Sage Sprig for Garnish

Mixing the Drink:

In mixing glass, muddle sage leaves, 4 raspberries, and fresh sour mix. Add gin. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Add a splash of champagne to ingredients in shaker. Gently rock all ingredients. Strain into champagne glass.

Garnish with a sage sprig gently speared through remaining raspberry.


Watermelon Margarita

Drink Ingredients:

4 watermelon cubes
Juice from ½ of a lime
1 ½ oz fresh sour mix
1 ½ oz Silver Tequila
½ oz triple sec
Watermelon wedge for a garnish

Rim Ingredients:

4 bar spoons of super fine sugar
1 bar spoon of salt
1 bar spoon pink peppercorns
Lime wedge

To Rim the Glass:

On a small plate add all rim ingredients. Stir gently. Rim outside top of margarita glass with lime wedge. Roll glass rim into mixture. Set aside.

Mixing the Drink:

In mixing glass muddle watermelon cubes and lime juice. Add rest of all ingredients. Shake over ice well. Strain into rimmed glass. Garnish with a watermelon slice.


Fresh Tomato Bloody Mary

Drink Ingredients:

6 cherry tomatoes
1 basil leaf
Pinch of fresh oregano
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon wedge
1½ oz citrus vodka (may substitute silver tequila)
1 oregano sprig

Mixing the Drink:

In mixing glass, muddle 5 tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Add citrus vodka. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Double-strain into cocktail glass using the strainer on the shaker while pouring contents through the sieve placed over the glass.

Garnish with an oregano sprig speared through remaining cherry tomato.
